Recommended applications:
Chiffon cakes, Kueh-kueh, Breads, Puddings, Desserts, Mooncake snow skin/fillings and etc.

 

Approximate Baking Pan Production:
(Dosage application 4 gram/Kg for 700 gram Chiffon cakes): 

- 70 gram = 25 pan of Chiffon Cakes 

- 500 gram = 178 pan of Chiffon Cakes

Maximum recommended dosage:

4.9 g/Kg.
